Hi! I'm Nur Lee Harel :)
אני מרצה ויועצת לקשרי מפתחים.ות, מיתוג אישי, בניית וניהול קהילות מקצועיות, ומפיקת אירועים טכנולוגים.
שמתי לעצמי למטרה להפיץ את בשורת קשרי המפתחים.ות בישראל, בה חברות רבות עוד לא אימצו אותה (בינתיים) ככלי למיתוג מעסיק (לגיוס ושימור) והצלחת המוצר והחברה.
במהלך מעל 20 שנותיי כמפיקה, הרמתי מספר רב של כנסי פיתוח בעלי שם עולמי בארץ ובחו"ל, לצד עשרות מיטאפים טכנולוגיים.
בשנת 2019 ייסדתי את חברת EventHandler המתמחה באירועים טכנולוגיים, קהילות מקצועיות וקשרי מפתחים.ות. המותג מתמקד באהבתי העיקרית ליצירת אירועים מוכווני קהילה, הן בסוג ואיכות התוכן והן במעורבות של הקהילה עצמה. מאז הזדמן לי לייעץ לחברות רבות להרצות בכנסים ומיטאפים בכל העולם – בעיקר בנושאים הקשורים לפיתוח קשרי מפתחיםות, כגון מיתוג אישי וכיצד להפוך לדובר.ת טכני.ת .
מחוץ לשעות העבודה אני ממנטרת מנהלי.ות קהילות נוספים באקוסיסטם ונשים בתעשיית ההיטק המעוניינות לפתח את הקריירה שלהן.
אני גרה בגבעתיים עם חתולה כפויית טובה בשם מיסה, ו2 כיסנאים דואים בשם ג'ין וטוניק. בזמני הפנוי אני נהנית לרקום ולהתנדב בעמותת ע.ט.ל.ף המשקמת ומשיבה לטבע עטלפי פירות.
I am an expert in Developer Relations, Personal Branding, Community Management & Engagement, and making awesome Tech-Events.
My current mission is to spread the word of DevRel around Israel, where it is not a common practice (yet), as a tool for Employer Branding (Recruitment & Retention) and company growth.
In my +20 years of production experience, I have organized and produced many large-scale Tech Conferences in Israel and abroad, as well as dozens of Meetups for developers.
In 2019 I founded EventHandler – a company specializing in Events, Community Management, and DevRel. The brand focused on my biggest passion and personal interest which is creating community-oriented tech events. Since then I've spoken at many international conferences and meetups – mainly about DevRel skills such as how to become a tech speaker and personal branding.
In my spare time I enjoy mentoring fellow tech-community managers, and women in the hi-tech industry looking for career advancement.
I live in Israel with my very ungrateful cat Mhyssa, and 2 rescue sugar gliders named Gin and Tonic. I love spending my free time doing needlework and volunteering at the Israeli Bat Sanctuary.
